Aldwyck Housing Group owns 252 properties around Downfield Primary School, and has a long track record of providing support for the communities it serves.
Currently, Aldwyck is working with Neighbourhood Watch, the Russells Ride Residents Association and other community groups to improve the area. As well as this, a resident-led Local Action Group is being set up, which will run alongside our weekly surgeries and community days that are held throughout the year.
By working together with residents and community groups, we are looking to resolve the issues in the area. The estate is undergoing a programme of redevelopments and parking options are being explored.
Aldwyck is canvassing the views of local residents on this and other issues by hand delivering surveys. To keep up to date with all that is going on, and to view and download our surveys and newsletters, visit our website: www.aldwyck.co.uk/russells-ride
